We are committed to providing a solid foundation in hairdressing and beauty therapy and many more curriculums within a hands-on, experiential learning environment with small classes and opportunities to co-op or intern with one of the Ramani Fernando Salons (🔗) to learn first-hand training of salon environments.

The Ramani Fernando Sunsilk Hair and Beauty Academy was the training arm of the salon chain. Now it works independently as Ramani Fernando Training Pvt. Ltd. (RFT) and has 3 Academies locates in Colombo, Kandy and Negombo with a vision of expanding even further in Sri Lanka and abroad.
Since the inception there are over 5000 student who have enrollments in our programs. In addition, we have almost 200 students every year graduating with their Diplomas in Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy and other Diploma and Advanced Diploma Courses. We are an approved center and our courses have been accredited (🔗) by the Tertiary and Vocational Education of Commission in Sri Lanka – (TVEC) and we are a City and Guilds approved center (🔗) giving international qualifications from UK.
We are extremely proud of our Academy and the lecturers who breathe life and excitement into our courses.
Our internationally acclaimed Training center provides opportunities for our staff and students to pursue advanced studies and techniques in the hair and beauty industry. Our center has joined hands with the market leader, Sunsilk (🔗) Brand of Unilever Sri Lanka Ltd. (🔗) to develop unique challenges for students to demonstrate and showcase an understanding of the hair and beauty industry in a multidisciplinary, team-based environment where innovative skills and creativity are critical to success.
