She also took her business above and beyond serving people by collaborating with Cancer Care Trust Sri Lanka to provide hair donation for children and women battling cancer.

With 40 years of experience within the salon and beauty industry, we offer this invaluable knowledge and skill set through our accredited and recognized training platform.
Ramani Fernando Training was first established on the 1st of September 2005, the training ensures that students learn everything from basic to advanced skills in all aspects of hairdressing and beauty culture. The training is delivered to ensure each student has access to the wealth of knowledge that I myself gained and continue to pass on to students.
In an industry which is ever changing with new styles and technologies constantly being updated, the training gives continual tuition in all three academies across Sri Lanka and in salon training.

My core message is to understand that each student is different and the training aims to harness and develop the natural ability and artistic flare that each student has to ensure that at every level, you yourself can leave a mark within the industry.
